If I change my hosting provider then will it effect on the SEO ranking of my website?

No, even if you try some better hosting because domain and hosting has a very little effect on a website's seo.
If your existing web hosting is slow, a shared web hosting server with 1000 websites being hosted on it, then these could be some of the issues that would be affecting your site a little bit imo.
A slow and overloaded web hosting server would make your site load slow, and that is a minus point for G.
A web hosting server with 1000 websites hosted on it, and if 10% of these are spam sites that are already flagged, then your site may be affected in the process as well.
Maybe having a dedicated IP for your web hosting would be the cheapest/good alternative.
Getting a small VPS would also be a good choice.

You often hear SEO companies say that your current hosting is part of the cause of why you're ranking low. It's really a sociopathic move to make you move to their hosting. In truth, it doesn't matter much other than how the hosting is affecting the performance of your website. What you should be looking at is whether or not the hosting is influencing the page speed of your website, and from which locations it is doing so.
If your website opens fast from all locations, I don't see a problem.

Couldn't have said it better. Especially if you add a CDN and cache, then even shared hosting can do the trick easily.
It depends on what kind of hosting that you are changing to.
Shared hosts are very bad hosts based on my user experience. They are oversold, your hosting provider will suspend your account whenever a surge is detected, etc, and your neighbors could be bad neighbors that may affect your site - you won't know.
VPS are better, as you will have a dedicated IP (go for this type).
Dedicated hosting would be the best, as they can handle most of the resource that you will need, but VPS will still do.
