Could anyone suggest me some good web hosting sites which accepts indian debit card and has zero downtime?

try hostgator.in . If your main traffic is from india then use it , as their servers are located in India

my main traffic is from US, so will i have any problems?

Godaddy,Bigrock(main data center in US) you can try them also,both accepts debit cards .

Indian servers are costly go for some other hosting company like bigrock.

Why don't you just use Paypal ? Also- avoid Hostgator like the plague.

First replace your debit card with chip based card, then call ur banl and ask them to enable international transaction. Then u can use ur card to pay any webhosting site.

Most of the web hosting providers accept Indian debit cards, not sure with which provider you had issues with? If you are paying an Indian company through Paypal by using your Debit Card, then it will not accept that payment. Indian hosting are costly too so look for a US web hosting provider, location doesn't matter nowadays.

Indian company satyam hosting does accept debit cards through payumoney, net banking I have an account with them

I think you will not find issue regarding the payment via Indian credit/debit cards since most of the hosting companies accept those cards.

Also you mentioned that the most of the traffic for your server will be from US. I don't recommend you to go for the servers located in India because i guess the downtime will be more. But before conforming you just ask the hosting providers to run ping command from their workstation and ask them to sent the results to you, so that you will get an idea regarding the speed.
