Is there any kind of web hosting where I would be able to change my name servers on a regular basis?

You should look into VPS solutions where you have complete control of the DNS zones and can modify your nameservers at your hearts content

Yup, Getting a VPS would be your best bet. With VPS you get complete control over your virtual server and you can therefore manipulate the VPS as per your needs.
