I've made hundreds of websites before, but i always had a max of like 5 websites up at a time and they weren't getting absurd amounts of traffic.

I;m looking for a hosting provider with top notch customer support and reputability, loading speed is important to me.

My only concern is having 100 clients websites running at one time, slowing everything down, or even worse a crash..

Anyone know a provider that could handle 100 websites up at one time all getting a good amount of traffic?

I have always used shared hosting, do I need to get a dedicated server or something ?

what do you guys think of hostgators business plan? apparently it comes with a "better" SSL certificate or something. thanks everybody.

WPX is hands down the best I've used (if you're into WordPress)

Their support literally solves all your WordPress/hosting issues within 30 seconds, 24/7. Free CDN, a lot of benefits.

So the migration to wpx went well :D

+1 wpx OP
Yes! I was using one nulled plugin which they saw as a virus as it didn't work properly. Had to purchase it as they don't allow nulled stuff on their servers :)

Avoid hostgator and any other EIG affiliate.

Yes, it will be better.
Why don't you simply buy a Reseller Hosting from a company like NameHero, or whatever?
I think it's the perfect way-to-go for your business model.

Cheer!

Thread moved.

Ye they have that in their terms, strange thought because when i moved there 2 or 3 month ago one of my sites was using a nulled theme and they didnt detect it :)

never used it, always used shared hosting. not sure of the differences from a management perspective etc.
will definitely look into it. I'm really looking to just host my clients websites for them not sell them their own plan.
I probably sound like a huge noob and am missing something about reseller hosting I've just never used it.

It's a huge difference between a shared hosting (a lot of unknown sites hosted on the same IP, for example) and Reseller hosting [your dedicated IP(s)]. PM me if you need help.

Cheers!

Hoswinds , and if you get bigger, you can also use a cdn like bunnycdn

you may want to switch to a reseller account or even better yet move into a VPS or dedicated server if you are going to be hosting clients websites.

Depending on the host that you were using before it could be that the server was way over sold and that is why your having issues.

Any big name host should be fine with what you are doing.

A quality Dedicated server if you want more control, it really depends on your budget tho.
