I would advice against using the same hosting + registrar in the same account together
Just use namecheap + a hosting of your choice
might aswell just use aws or gcp or azure at this point with that statement

Namecheap for hosting & domain.
Namesilo/Porkbun for domains.
Hostkoala for cheap hosting.

Mind it any cheap shared is good only for starter/basic websites.
Once your website starts to put load on the server or consume more server resources, you will need to upgrade it maybe to a VPS or Dedi.

namecheap for both hosting and domains
or namecheap for domains and hostkoala for webhosting

Namecheap for both, just because I find their online support much better in resolving issues in real time.

You can use vultr or digital ocean. If you just want a simple shared hosting go for namecheap itself. It works well for a reasonable price.

Use namecheap for both. For domains they are best and for hosting also they have affordable pricing.

planethoster.com, you can choose to be hosted between Canada or France depending where your visitors are. It's 30€ for 6 months. Their support is really good, it's quite unlimited and they have their own AS.

actually I will not recommend to use same provider for both (domain and web hosting).
recently namesilo locked the domain account when they received the DMCA when a user was hosting with them. He had web hosting plan and domain both that namesilo. Now, both freezed/suspended.
Also don't use domain provider's free DNS like namecheap, namesilo or godaddy dns. They're comparatively slow. get some reliable free or paid dns from cloudflare, cloudns, neustar, comodo, etc.
I would rather host on another reliable hosting provider in U.S. or Europe or even Asia. As many of them here suggested using planethoster, or something like racknerd in EU, or if from Asia, get Shinjiru. Even stablehost is quite premium in U.S. You can also try a2, inmotion, and avoid those EIG brands like bluehost, hostgator, siteground, site5, arvixe, etc. at all cost.
But host your domain some where at safe registrar.
Here's a list of some safe and secure offshore domain registrars. I've my self referred to it and hosted 2 - 3 site of my clients with them.
Or if you from U.S., Canada, then easydns, internet.bs etc can be good.

I think you have been given lots of recommendations connected to the web hosting provider.
I would recommend you to make sure you are real owner of the domain name even if you buy it from the same company.
Do not agree for the way when web hosting company register domain name for you on their behalf.
