Is web hosting business good option in India. I am looking to start hosting business, looking its tips, marketing strategy, anyone guide me in details.

Interested about the subject, for the marketing part. I know the CMS name for this kinds of things (WHCMS). But for me, it's difficult to fight with the actual market competitors like aws that make a 1y free program, OVH and kimsufi that deserve servers for less than 20$...

Hosts who offer cPanel have negatively been affected.

There are other options out there but competition is so high that I don't think it's worth pursuing.

Starting a hosting business anywhere is very easy. The entry barrier is so low, some companies are even offering Whitelabel setups for free for everyone to start. Don't do it. Not recommended. You can learn how to operate a VPS/Dedicated Server and look for specialty clients who're looking for some specific solutions. Generic hosting market is overcrowded. I receive calls everyday who scrap who.is info and sell hosting plans. DON'T DO IT!

I will tell it like it is, you're going up against million/billion dollar companies who have been in the game for a lot time.
I include hosting in my monthly website packages and if you do the math I break even.

Too much saturation it's like I see 1-2 hosting companies launching every week lol on web hosting talk forum lmao
