Is there control panels out there that allow you to do more task more freely. For example, we are looking to rotate IP's for e-mailing. Is there like any black hat control panels or anything?

My own website servers are using Cpanel Pro 1.0 =) There you can do almost everything.

What's CPanel Pro, I have Cpanel, but I'm not sure if it's pro?
