Hey, would love some feedback from some savvy black hatters as this is new space for me...

I have a few inkedIn accounts I run for my web agency (3), two are in my name and the third is in a team members. We are engaging with people in LinkedIn as well as later sending them direct messages, the messages don't come across as spammy (as people respond well) but they are typically the same message (thought I use different messages with different accounts).

All of this is done MANUALLY (no SOFTWARE) and my assistant in the Phillipines. He uses cyberghost and a separate chrome instance for each account.

I also login to the accounts, it's just him and me logging in. But regardless of sticking to limits (connecting with no more than 60 people per day per account, sending no more than 100 letters a few times a week) doing all the work manually, I still get accounts shut down then have to reopen new accounts (every 3 to 6 months)

Could you plllllease provide some thoughts on ...

A. What softwares to use that could prevent this from happening? I don't understand fully the whole VPN, proxy etc etc, have read about it, but it still isn't fully fully clear.

B. Why is this happening when I have colleagues that use software and are way more aggressive than I and don't have issues? What is LinkedIn picking up on exactly so I know to avoid it?

Super frustrated web gal needing advice, as it's exhausting going through this repeatedly but have no clue what I need to fix, thanks :)
