Web Form Scraping for Leads

someone from "All Best Data US" informed me he had a "paid license" to access leads from people that put their info in at adt's site
How would he see this info? Is he just scraping the web form? Looking for some leads from adt's site

Its a common way to collect leads. Lots of companies get their leads that way then resell.

you mean the scraping? I'm still new to these things; I didn't know you could scrape a web form like that

no not scraping... exchanging leads between various individuals, companies, etc....
