what is best web editor for create website. like php, html, asp language
adobe dreamweaver is best and easy to use, but too hard for my pc. i need alternative ?

php - scripting language
html - markup language
asp - MS scripting language

you should have editor to use them and somehere to execute them
php and asp - web server
html - browser

maybe it is better to read some more books about web desing and programing and then decide what to do and how

Well you can use notepad ++ it's very easy and user friendly editor and its free on the other hand dream viewer and other editors are more robust
