Hello,
I'm starting a web development business in my country for local companies. I'm going to offer representative website development service. My target audiance are small/medium companies and single people that have some kind of business. I'm not going to offer cheapest price instead I wan't to offer quality for mid range price.
Now I'm in process of making my sales website and from beginning I wan't to think things throu and make it as much converting as posible.
I'm going to put a sales video with call-to-action (submit a form with contact details) at the end. Video up to 2 mins. So could you share your experence or thoughts on that kind of service what is the key points you think I should touch on that video to pre sell and persuasiate widest circle of visitors.
What do you think/noticed works best for visitors to make a desicion to order your services?
What channels you use to reach your clients? for ex. in my country there is a goverment database that is updated everyday with newly created companies.
Do you up-sell your clients and what do you offer? (marketing/advertising for new website? social media?) for ex. I'm planning to offer web chat (ex zopim) implementation on their website for faster communication with visitors.
I will appreciate any opinion/thought/experence in this field.
P.s really great video about persuasion techniques that you can use in wide range.
