Web Development and Design Team Needed! Get Paid, and work on a long term project

I own a marketing company Titan Marketing Inc.


We are into the world of startups and tech.


We have a very solid idea, and some funding for it.


What I am looking for is a web development and design team (Programmers etc.) can are creative, very good at what they do, and can put some work into this. You need to be dependable and have high quality work.


In the beginning your job wouldn't be very hard and would pick up more as time went.


I avoid paying completely on deferred payment so I work out partnerships where I pay you (smaller amount in beginning) with promise of partnership and profit split also.


We are doing a self hosted crowdfunding campaign and will develop the site into a content based social network.
