Hello everyone, my name is Dmitriy and I am web-developer from Kyiv, Ukraine.

I'm starting my IT-business (I'd like to create small web-developers team) and I want to know opinion of English-speaking users, what do you think about name for my company that I chose - Fainotech. "Faino" in Ukrainian means nice, cute. Will it good for English-speakers market?

I don't think you should use ukranian words in your company name when you are targeting english-speaking audience(USA, CA, AU or UK residents).
Try thinking of something catchy but also that sounds professional. I dont think it's mandatory that it means something.
Just my opinion

I honestly don't like that name, and the translation doesn't sound good either.

Anyway, good luck with your business.

if you good developer the name doesn't matter at all is all about your skills when comes down to developing
also what languages you know ? and how long you been developing?

I'm developing on PHP&MySQL&HTML&CSS3&JS about 5 years. Also I have some management experience in affiliate marketing (pay per install network) on CIS market. But global market is more interesting thing

if english speaking people are you target base, try to use and english company name
not a Ukraine name translated to english, people need to connect with the product/name
