Web Dev interested in Digital Marketing - Happy New Year!

Hello everyone,

First of all, Happy New Year! I hope everyone has a MASSIVE 2025.

I'm grimy, a web dev interested in ecommerce - dropshipping/print-on-demand etc. I have a foundational knowledge of SEO but would like to significantly increase my knowledge and skills in 2025 to help me grow my side projects.

I actually found the forum through a backlink vendor that linked me here. After looking around a little bit I thought it might be a good community to join as I continue to learn.. Especially since I couldn't seem to find any decent discord servers.

I am interested in learning all aspects of digital marketing. Towards the end of 2024 I setup my first ecomm site, implemented basic SEO, started to learn the ads platforms and even made a few organic sales. This year I plan to start multiple new ecomm sites and would love to have a better understanding of digital marketing to help me make them successful.

Anyway, glad to be here and thanks for reading!

Haha that's funny I actually am super familiar with drop shipping and e commerce and all over print, mostly on Shopify and marketing thru Google merchant center.

That's great! I started with WooCommerce but now just use Shopify. I have had nothing but problems with merchant center being a dropshipping site, but I was able to generate a few sales though meta ads. I have not been running ads for the last few weeks but have managed to generate a few organic sales and there's still a LOT of improvement to be made SEO wise.
