I'm looking for someone who can take website design requests (this would come in an email), find themes (free or paid), and make a mock up website design around the elements of the theme. Pretty simple stuff. PM if you can do this (with some samples) and how much you'd charge! I haven't started advertising yet but I'm looking for a longterm commitment. Orders could range from 1 week to 10 week.
