web designer to fix problems existing sites

I have 3 websites which require some work ie adding content also adding 2co checkout software. They are on prestoshop software there are problems with one site for example the drop down menu for shoe sizes does not work. I require stats to be added to the sites too everything is in the back shop of prestoshop i just dont know how to use it. Also the emails attached to contact page do not work either. Also 2 sites to be moved over to my host as currently they are on the web companies hosting i have the pdf details to move them. Please advice timescale of how long it work take from start to finish to complete the job as i need it done asap.
