Web Designer - Some PHP skills

I have a recently coded website that needs to have some pages made to look more user friendly.

Some of the pages have tables that look ugly and need to appear more seemless.

The coding of the site is in php and is in phase 1 of 2, there is a lot more work to come for the right person/company.
