Web designer needed... VERY quick and easy job

I've got an extremly simple layout that I need sliced from a PSD into HTML/CSS.

The layout is for a temporary site and consists of only a handful of images, a logo, two bullet lists and copyright notice.

I figure someone who knows what they're doing could do this in 20 minutes or less. I'd do it myself but I've got a million things to do. I'm offering $30 via PayPal.

Also, I need it done ASAP.
