Web designer looking to grow

Hey guys, I work at a small web design company and am generally interested in digital marketing. I enjoy involving myself in lots of different projects and I initially came across this forum with the intent of finding out efficient ways of monetizing websites and increasing traffic. I've been lurking here for some time and I found some threads quite useful, so decided it was time to sign up for an account.
