I am looking for a freelance web designer and developer with extensive knowledge of CSS, HTML, etc and you must have your own creative ideas for developing the website, based on category or business. (Only for Indians)


The budget is small, but do not worry if you made the first works properly, I'll give you more website to design.

Hey there. I don't know why you need to be Indian for this, but I'm half if that counts? Anyway I have years of CSS and HTML knowledge and have designed very professional looking websites for people.
