Web design work

So this client contacted me on behance a few days ago. He said he needs a new design and that his budget is 60. I'm new to freelancing and I haven't had many clients so far so I agreed. He sent me some sketches on paper and I turned them into 4 pages mockup in XD.

I sent the mockup to himself and after 2-3 revisions he said that he likes it. I thought that he has approved it but I was wrong. While we were conversating on whatsapp he said that he will work on the final layout this weekend so that he sends it back to myself as soon as possible. Now that was the moment when I got pissed and I thought I didn't understand correctly. I already sent him a designed mockup and he replies that I should do everything for a 2nd time but with a totally different layout????? I'm sorry but doesn't this sound like a joke??

Has anyone had such a client?

I already regret this but I replied "Okay" on whatsapp so I guess I will have to complete it.

All this for $60? Seriously a bad client.
