Does anyone know where I can find a good reliable web design team to which I could outsource my work? We make about 3-4 websites per month, most of them are for high-end clients like fine restaurants, grocery stores, universities, etc.

We are currently working with a team in India, but we are expanding and need to rely on more than 1 team to outsource to. We're looking for cheap, reliable, experienced workers.

I'm getting lot of PMs with many questions. I need to know if you can do a wordpress project that has 4 pages with a responsive design for less than 1200$. I need to know how long it takes you to make it. And I need to see a portfolio with a list of prices. I will then contact the most interesting offers. I'm looking for more than 1 team, probably 2 or 3 different teams to work with.
