An effective, well-organized workflow is an important asset of professional web designers. A really good post.

Lots of different sites are there for resources and templates. But better to make your own creation of button and site designing. I hope you got my mind.

A unique site won't use resources that are published worldwide. Your best bet is to find a piece of work you find inspiring wether it would be a navigation or whatever but you're best of trying to replicate it using your own coding skills it's an easier and faster way to learn without relying on finding something to suit your needs.

I was once in a place where I wanted a gallery for my Portfolio so I tried several different released tutorials and resources but not suited my needs therefore I went ahead to code one myself it saved me heaps and bounds of time and I wish I had done it sooner. Just something to consider.
