Web Design Lead Generation

Hi All

I have been tasked with generating leads for a local web design company. It appears that my social profiles have been shadow banned, so it looks unlikely to get leads from facebook. Any suggestions on how you would go about this. I will be doing SEO but that might take too long for them. PPC will be too expensive for this sort of niche.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Alternatively, scrape local business listings.

Been 4 months now on the shadow ban. Do you reckon scraping local listings and cold emails?

Why not just create lead gen GMBs? It's a tough game right now but still workable.

And if they're a local web design company, I'm 100% positive they're not ranking in maps for all of their keywords. GMB is much easier to move the needle than your typical SEO.

Target specific niche of web design and then develop connections with people in those industries.

Even if they've been around awhile and have a large portfolio across multiple industries, sometimes when it comes to situations like this you have to hit a "soft reset" and say "we're not going to be able to compete against these web design agencies in a general sense, but we could hyper focus on this one area and make a sizeable dent".

For example (and God forbid if we're competing against each other ), right now I'm working on some landing pages that are hyper focused on real estate investors "We Buy Houses For Cash Sites" type sites. I've been lurking a bit in a couple real estate investor groups on Facebook to get a feel for the group and plan on also hitting up some meetings since they're local. Then, once I get these templates ready and some landing pages ready to share with them to generate leads, I'll offer them a bundled product of web hosting with a little landing page of their own.

No, it's not the big money custom designs, but they don't really need that and it's sort of low hanging fruit. Once I've locked in some of that low hanging fruit that's repeatable, now I have a way to scale and I can use that scaling for opportunities to connect with the outliers that might want something more custom.

There are no instant results here. Work, time and money.

Do they just design websites or do they offer other services for example google ppc ad management?

With facebook You should create a page and test the ad campaign. Please warm it up before you start

By any chance do you know if theres a way of scraping private facebook group people to then use their emails to target them via facebook ads ?

Unless you join the group I do not see any, perhaps post in the HAF as some other member may be of better help.
