Web Design for an Accountant - User Logins

A friend of mine is starting a solo-accounting business, and needs a website where his clients can log in to personalized dashboards; with private files, account info, etc.

I told him I'd help him out with a site.

Does anyone know a software(theme) that would work for his site? I'd definitely prefer Wordpress, but am open to any viable option.

we can do a fully customized wordpress theme for your friend for $320 usd it will save alot of headache, i am sure he would love to have a 100% unique look that would also count as a write off
