You have made it really pretty. But the sites look should depend on the content you are using.
So choose wisely.

You did a good job. Overall, the design, layout, and colour scheme could be improved. I assume that you just made it quickly in photoshop..

Its look very good however looks very plain. You could use some more vibrant colours.

I like the design overall. Few things to play with, and it's done! Don't like the height of menu and a big space between logo and search bar. You might input something on a backround etc. Anyway good job!!

Not everything in the world has to have a gradient.

I can't take the Web2.0 look seriously anymore, it just doesn't look good (to me). I like the idea behind the design, though.
