pretty simple and good. you have the skills to start selling them. however, consider implementing the new trends in design. For example, yesterday I've found this damn awesome tutorial on how to create a site with flat design and they give away a free .psd kit: http://designmodo.com/flat-web-design-tutorial/
So, today I made a sketch for the blog category on a site and this video helped me so much.
This been said, try learning the trending design elements so your prices would grow up!
Cheers ;)

Nice job dude, you could easily charge more than a couple hundred dollars for one of those,

This is very helpful! thank you :)

Great job. A web design doesn't always need to be extravagant. Your design is already beautiful because of its coolness and simplicity.

Good job! They look very professional and clean, have you coded them or are they just designs? How long have you been doing web design?

Regardless of your answers, this is good work and you can make good money designing websites!

The red and Orange one are good, but I didn't like the green one. The color tone in Green one is too saturated. Layout wise, the designs are cool.

I like minimalism, however, your designs are just simple and not minimalistic. Liked the first one only, you're on the right track if you'll keep working on yourself, try to check the portfolios of best selling minimalistic authors on themeforest to see some examples of simple yet beautiful templates.

I would say better than average. But got a few suggestions here.

1. First design menu, dark grey color for link hover don't really tune in with red background.
2. 2nd & 3rd design, too much grey/grey gradient makes your site looks dull.

You're seem to be good with pairing colors together, but work on matching business type with proper color scheme. Otherwise, good job man.

Nice work keep it up and do some web 2.0 work too try some tutorial to find it out
thanks

Nice color schemes but looks a little crowded.
