Web Design Assistance

Hey guys

I am thinking of starting an online service and i need some guidance

Basically the features i want are the following:
User can register
Submit tickets with certain fields so that i can see them later and process the orders
Send out an email to their inbox when their order has been completed
Show an order history
Live chat assistance or by email via ticket system

My main question is if i buy a bootstrap theme ,say, Neon-Bootstrap admin Theme or SmartAdmin from themeforest.Would i be able to customize it to my liking?

Hmm you could but it will take a lot of work. What sort of products or services are you trying to sell? There are usually wordpress plugins that will be able to handle your requirements. It also has a bootstrap compatible theme, if I remember correctly. Here it is: http://320press.com/wpbs/

Wordpress is not safe as far as i have learned around the web,security related.Client requests(tickets) will contain sensitive data and i don't want to rely on wordpress for that.

Is there any other compatible theme ready to go or similar to what i need with minor modifications from me?
