Web Design Agency (graphic design)

Hey everyone...

I've been working in the web industry now for 15 years and pretty much know the ins-outs of most things web related. I'm currently working for a fortune 500 company and have little extra time for design/development.

My wide just started up a new business and she's been bugging me to get her a website up and running. I know plenty of developers out there, but I really don't know where to find GREAT graphic designers. I'm particularly looking for a designed who can create something for a Wordpress backend so that my wife can update her site when needed. As I said, I don't have much time these days. I've looked at design agencies such as 99designs and hire-a-designer, but I'm not getting much back from them interms of communication. I sent to emails to hire a designer, and have yet to get a response. 99designs seems to be a bit expensive for what it is.

Can any of you suggest a good freelance designer (with portfolio), or an agency online that you may have worked with?

I do service for web design and coding you can see my portfolio on my signature with a lot of positive feedback from my customer.....also i my service based on company with some staff to do work with me....so we can do with a lot of project per day...depend of some jobs in my hand....
