Web Core Vitals and Cloud Flare

Hello guys,

I have a site on siteground and used the core web vitals for the

https://domainname.com
https://www.domainname.comand the results are very different because of redirects, it says to redircet to the www.domain it adds an additional 11 seconds!

Should I disable cloudflare?

I thought redirecting to www. was good for SEO but it seems to slow down my page considerably.

https:// and https://www are treated the same, where did you hear www was better for SEO? lol

Personally, I would use https:// but Google won't care. If you're using https://www. then you need to test it in page speed insights with the https://www version for the real results.

pick one whether its naked or www. and stick with it.
Up to debate which is better, but as far as i am concerned, they are both equivalent. I use naked domains personally as opposed to WWW.
No need to use both.

This shouldn't be related to Cloudflare either the redirect itself, most of the redirects shouldn't take any longer than a few milliseconds,
Your problem is technical and it has something to do with the web host configurations or how the redirect is made

You should disable Siteground. Worst hosting on the planet, had so many issues with them, that it wasn't even funny. Terrible support as well. Good chance that your issue is hosting related.
