Do not have laptop ATM, may be a month or 2 until I purchase my new one. What are good web based IG tools?

I used Instajool in the past, was good. Went down a lot. Is this still working? Are their better options?

I'd recommend https://instavast.com, it's only $10 and works pretty well.
