The .com version stopped working from some time already. Only Russian version for me also.

They have follow, unfollow and likes. But as I said to avoid blog I suggest to use only follow function and do unfollow manually.
I tried to use follow like e unfollow at the same time but instagram gives me block of 3 day, but if i use only follow no problem.
