Web based Bot, and task simulator

I am looking for someone to help create a web based bot that can do a number of things, and be updated to accomadate any website. here is the basics

I want it to send live views to a website i am some example websites to show you what i want to do.

I want it to function with twitch and twitter and perhaps a few other tasks me can add in later.

i think what you need is: rankwyz and FCSnetwork, is it right?!
