Web apps Wordpress theme

A web app functions like a downloadable app but much much less trouble than creating a native app. In fact I think Iphone allows them in the store without much trouble at all.

I found this which is exactly what I'm looking for (replace the 0 with o)

Creates apps within wordpress. Web or cloud based apps are going to be the way to go and this looks like what I want.

Anoyone have it or want to do a group buy? Any thoughts on cloud based apps?
