Web App - Guest Post Question

Greetings! Currently, my web app has reached the top 1 spot on Google search and receives 3 million monthly pageviews. Due to this, I have received numerous inquiries about guest posting on my site and they have asked about pricing. However, as my site is a web app, I do not have any blog posts.

I am considering the possibility of adding guest post blogs to my web app as a means of generating additional income. Additionally, I am planning to create a new blog website that utilizes AI-generated content and add links to it on my web app. Do you believe that this strategy would assist in the ranking of my new website and if there will be any impact on my high-traffic website? Not much impact if you do it slowly. Also structure the blog urls something like this.
<your web app.com>/blogposts1
<your web app.com>/blogposts2

And not
<your web app.com>/blog/blogposts1
<your web app.com>/blog/blogposts2


And not
Blog.<your web app.com>/blogposts1
Blog.<your web app.com>/blogposts2

You have a great opportunity as you have a great website that has 3 million monthly page views.
My first opinion being a guest post expert, you can have a blog page on your website that is only based on content information such as articles on your niche. This is a great way to boost your website ranking in Google's eyes and a great opportunity for your website to get branding. This is very important who are offering guest posts to your site, You must keep all articles related to your website. This is the main factor that Google gives authority to. Other factors are also but the article must be unique and humanly written and related to your website.

and my second opinion is, You may create a new website for ranking and business purposes. The website must be in your targeted category means if you want to rank your new site, you must create a site in a related niche that you want to rank and you want to get traffic from your higher site. In simple, the site must be in a related category/niche that you want to get traffic from.
