Web Analytics

Hello,

Just curious as to what web analytics provider you all use...? I know Google is the main player in the game but I'm tempted to use OWA.

Anyone else not using Google?

Used Omniture in the past and it was lossy as fuck. Shitty integration support... they basically gave you a word doc and tell you to go fuck yourself. Compared notes with other omniture clients and discovered we were nothing special.

Ultimately shelled out for analytics pros... totally improved our reporting... even with unsampled it is still a little bit lossy... but much better than omniture.

PS compare your reporting system to your payment gateway transactions to calculate lossiness. All javascript tracking systems are lossy.
