Web accessible database

I have a WordPress site and require Web based access to a database with CRUD capabilities. I found this question which matches my requirements https://community.spiceworks.com/to...irty-way-to-access-ms-sql-data-from-a-web-app and am looking for a developer to build it.

Please pm me if you are interested HOWEVER you must be willing to to talk (Skype/phone etc..) not just text chat. I am happy to mostly chat but believe that an actual conversation is essential from time to time with a project like this (English doesn't have to be your first language though).
