Web 2.0s ranking instead of target page

Does anyone have a good rule of thumb for getting the target page to rank instead of my 2.0s? For a given keyword I may have 6 or 8 2.0s ranking in the first few pages, but my target page that they all link to is nowhere to be found. This happens on virgin 2.0s as well as 2.0s that have some blog comments/profiles linking them.

Obviously I don't care so much that my 2.0s are showing up, but I'd prefer the money page to at least be in the mix.

Build more quality BL to your money site. It is obvious that is lacking domain authority if outranked by 2.0s.
