Web 2.0's Created in 2015 Showing up as DA 97

Hi guys, back in 2015 I was ranking a tech site that work out quite well. I was just going through a list of old domains that i saved in a text file, so if I ever needed to go back to them id have the passwords / usernames to add posts.

Now these were just made with the purpose for back-links kind of my first attempt at a PBN,but on more of a set and forget kind of view. I built up the pages created content posted my link and left it.

Now I just ran a handful of these links through MOZ and found them having a DA of 97+ is this crazy? they are just simple sites how the hell did they hit that high?

The Web 2.0 sites have all got high DA's .. But that is for the main domain

When we create Web 2.0's, we create subdomains (xxxx.domain.com) so we essentially start from 0

It's the PA that you need to be looking at. That will let you know how powerful that particular Web 2.0 blog is (If you judge power by individual metrics, that is)

But these are sites I have created i.e registered bought and worked with. Not sites like WordPress, blogspot etc. I thought they started off as 0 due to them being new? PA is at 25+ some more checks are showing others DA anywhere from 20 to the few at 97.

Are these web 2.0s(WordPress, blogger, just) or websites(your own domain, your hosting, your design, everything)?
