Is there any software that automates everything ? Let's say i have Wordpress, Blogger, Tumblr, LiveJournal Web 2.0's and i want tho, repost blog-post to them all, from my main blog?
Or i coul only do this manually ?
Thanks in advice.

You want to syndicate your website content on those platforms?
If so, there are plenty of wp plugins, ifttt (like post from rss to tumblr) and other services.

It might not be a good idea to post all the same content on other sites.

Yea but its RSS so its allowed, also if you are low on content its great way to start somewhere and get traffic

Feeds (excerpt) might be good (but sometimes). It is not really that difficult to produce some filler content for web 2.0s

There are but the safest thing to do is to index it.
it's better to do it manually

You can do that through setting up your blog feed. If you have a Wordpress site, you can use plugins like Feed Wordpress and Broadcast or a platform like Triberr.
