Web 2.0s are not indexing

Copyscape can only compare what's indexed on Google. Just because a spinner says 65-70%, it just tells you how many words are spun.
For example,
{This|The} {sentence|phrase} {has been|is} spun.
That's 75% right there but can you honestly say that "The sentence is spun" is all that different from "This phrase has been spun"? Do those 2 outputs look 75% unique to you? Me neither. I usually make a least 2 paragraph variations and multiple sentence variations before I even spin the words within them. It's a pain but it'll index way easier and give you the end benefit you're looking for.
Compare them on dupecop.com. You should get at least 60% uniqueness for Google to index them easily. I'd be willing to bet you're only in the 30-40 range.
Search for them in google you could always search for username wordpress to se if it appears

In my opinion You have to keep patience for that because it takes some time to index.

For tweeting your web 2.0. Do you have to use a different twitter account and different IP for each tweet? and if so does each twitter account need to be created using different IP?

If the content is absoultely horrible, they might not get indexed at all, but the content needs to be really bad for this to happen.
Use twitter to post a few of them, and see how that goes - google is indexing twitter real time.
Apart from that, time... and making sure they are live as somebody already suggested.

Two reasons:
1) If the content is spun, it's not spun well enough. In that case, even though Google might crawl it, the links stand a good chance of not getting indexed at all. The spun content needs to be really, really well spun for a start.
2) You are not sending enough backlinks to your Web 2.0s which isn't the case, as you mentioned. I'd think it's just a matter of time?it will​ get indexed if it's spun well.

It's possibly too early to be thinking about why they aren't indexing, as there is still time for them to index. However, if you are using spun content then the chances are that it's too similar to things that are already ranking. Not only because it might look like duplicate content, but also because it's just not standing out enough to merit indexing. Keep an eye out in the next few weeks and see where it goes.

Checking your web 2.0 sites if they are N/A or PR 0? tell me about your content. Should be high quality article: unique! I dont know how strategy you use for web 2.0. Firstly, let focus on doing backlink for web 2.0 with the best service before doing backlink for them.

Web 2.0 sites are totally spammed these days, And may be affected by penguin too, that's the reason it takes time and sometimes you can see the page get indexed, Write quality articles and post it to authorized sites. .

I wonder what can be the reasons of taking so much time to get those web 2.0 links indexed. I think you have made all those social bookmarking in a hip and that is why your web 2.0 blogs were marked as spam. This can be the only reason.
There is no problem with the duplicate content. Because even if they are duplicate, they should be indexed. Remove those bookmarks. Take some time and bookmark those blogs one by one after every 2-3 days in reddit, stubmleupon, digg and delicious only. Do not use the same title and description for each of those bookmarks. Wait for 7 days. I hope it will work.

Though several members here suggesting to wait few days more, considering what OP done to just index those web 2.0s (30-40 wikis, 40-50 bookmarks per property) - those should have been indexed long ago ! This are web 2.0s with content (regardless unique, duplicate or auto-spun garbage), not some bare profile links - if that much done to just index those and result is zero - then surely there's something that OP missing (or forgot to tell us) !
I do only Lindexed and 4-5 bookmarks/property for my web 2.0s (filled with huge spun content), usually take 3-4 days to index 80%+ of those, sometimes a bit more - but never more than a week.
