Hi,
Im reading this Forum for like half a year right now. And all over the Place somebody is writing something about web 2.0
So 4 Weeks ago, i started my own web2.0 mini blog with a backlink to my moneysite. All Handwritten Content with Pictures, Videos and other outbounding Links to make it look natrual. I also added a About Me Page and Contact Page. But the Site is still not indexed. It is a Wordpress web2.0.

So I have 2 questions:

Are Web 2.0 still working in 2017? Did I do anything wrong? How can I get my web 2.0 indexed? Do they really affect my Rankings?

Indexing takes a bit longer these days.
Make sure you have a few posts on them. Otherwise you can share it to social media, submit to indexing services or even to google.
I prefer to have the blog indexed before dropping my link.

You should create some backlinks to Web 2.0 also.Then it helps in improving ranking.

Yes, especially if the keywords are super easy the web2.0 blogs can be enough.
Why do you think everywhere people talk about them?

Web 2.0's are the best method to create backlink, we don't have to invest money in it. You can write content by yourself and manage it by yourself.

Do you mean using a number of Web 2.0s to create a PBN list?

1) Web 2.0 works.
2) Place only 1 link to money site and check it is on a homepage always.
3) Use only 1 anchor for the Web 2.0 network, don't repeat them. Just randomize them.

You can try Tier 2 back-linking.
In this you just have to do Social Bookmarking for that web 2.0, it helped me for my web 2.0 hope it might help you as well.
