HI Guys I am real new to seo but I have been told that you can register web 2.0 sites and throw aload of links at them and this will help with regards to links seo. Think they are called buffer sites. Does this system still work to increase your rankings in the big G? Many thanks

Yes it does work.

Many thanks for your reply Greymist do you know of anyone that supplies a really good service for doing this?
Regards

Cheers MisterF apart from Web 2.0 is there another service on blackhatworld you can recommend that still works in the big G? I know there are a lot of people selling stuff so just looking at getting some experts advice.
Many thanks

Definitely yes, still the web 2.0 is the best strategy to build links.

Many thanks all for your prompt answers. But I have another question with regards to web 2.0 which I hope you can help with.

Would you go for new web 2.0 sites or older no longer used web 2.0 sites (sorry don't know the proper terminology)

Expired web 2.0s are a better call than fresh ones. They already have backlinks in place and thus are stronger without the need of building the tier 2.

@harthall99 yes it still works but not like before. But you have to deal with it properly with extra care. And also you need to do some solid 2nd tier or else buy some expired blog as Nargil said.

If it's properly built, Web 2.0s still works in ranking especially expired but clean Web 2.0s.

Sites with high domain metrics will always give you good results if you get backlinks from them.

Guys let me know if how to post on web 2.0 accounts. i mean do i need to use anchor text with hyperlink to my website?
Or is it ok to post only your website link and few words?

And also i would like to know if i still need to submit it to google or bing submit just to update the indexed in the serp?

You should create a whole article around your link, to make it contextual. Google sees links within content that is relevant way more powerful than simple backlinks.

It still works but Do not go about spamming blindly
