anyone please help!

A) how many web 2.0 for a specified page of a domain
like "xyz.co/csd" to rank it with medium competition.

Or In Other words
How many web 20. for a domain or a page of that domain??

B) and how much time will that page take to rank.

I have taken 5 web 2.0 sites and pointed them (with unique content) to money site, then created 2 articles per 2.0 (spun them 89% unique) and posted them on article directories. Then used scrapebox to post 4000 links to web 2.0 sites, 3 are indexed - in 1 week now I have written 5 new articles and added them to web 2.0 sites, with SB these and submit.

Ranking just with Web 2.0s might not work - since they don't get indexed immediately. Use it a part of a larger SEO strategy and you will find better results.

You cant rank with just link wheeles. Let combine multip services such as: article directory, social bookmark, social media...You also build backlink with many Tiers. I cant give a clear answer for time to rank a page. It depends on type of service you choose, high quality content and your anchortext's competition and other things. If all are right, It will be 1-2 weeks or more.

This cannot be answered. All kw's are different. Even if you could precisely measure competition - ranking for them would still take different amount of effort. Many other factors come to a play; domain age, social present, in page seo etc.

Based on my experience, you don't need hundreds of web20, all you need - few dozens with high quality content, uniqueness.

Treat your web20 as your money sites and you will have quality backlinks for a long time.

That's true. If you are doing SEO for a micro niche website, 10 web 2.0 sites is more than enough. Don't forget to use other methods as well (forum signature links, blog comments, guest posts, ...).

You can, of course, build additional web 2.0 sites to links o your tier 1 web 2.0 sites.

Depends on your services or your provider. It will be better if it is pyramid and you do backlinks for these web 2.0 sites as Tier 2,3..with relevant niche blog comment, bookmark. Create the social account and shares. Ping and RSS for all.

A lot will depend on just how aggressive your competitors are with link building. Use ahrefs or majesticseo to scope out the competition. If you're seeing 9k plus or some substantial number of links, then simply building web 2.0s might not cut it.

But if you're in a niche with a bunch of sites with only a handful or even 500 links, you can get away with building some web 2.0 properties and throwing some serious firepower behind those properties.
