If you post quality content, and don't make it look like obvious spam, quite a few of them will stick actually. So instead of looking for more spammy sites, I'd concentrate my energy on upping the quality. You'll be better off in the long run.
(Another thing that occurred to me is that even the sites that let you get away with crap content might decide one day to wipe out all the spammy accounts, or just make all outbound links nofollow like many of them do.)
