Hi Guys,

Which is better. Take 15 links from expired Weebly and Tumblr blogs with PA 25-30, link will be added with an image and short description of 50 words. In description link seller will make contextual link.

OR

Make 12 new web 2.0 properties with About us,Contact us,Privacy pages & post 500 words article on each. Video embaded and a relevant image.

Then 5K contextual links as Tier 2

If you have already scraped the links, then do both.
Otherwise I generally just build new web2.0s

No no,the first condition for 15 links from expired tumblr and weebly is from a seller,who is selling it. I didn't scrape my self though.

I'd suggest you to go with option 2.

Well you can do both but you will have more control with your own web2.0's
It is hard to say without knowing who the seller is and the quality of their work.
If in doubt, just go with the new web2.0s

Allright. Anyway I'd like to go with option two,I'll mix expired tumblr as well. So I can have more control over it.

In my perspective, you can go with option2 because in Web2.0 gave you more access.
The links quality could be low in that expired domains so go with option2.
