Web 2.0 Submitter for manually made accounts

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a web 2.0 submitter for manually made accounts. I'm not looking to use proxies or anything but something where you can manually type or paste in content then have it posted to a specific account. Possibly something that integrates APIs for several different web 2.0 sites.

Free would be best, but if there is something that is worth the money, I will definitely consider. I've read a lot here about magic submitter etc, but I'm looking for something where I can pick and choose where the content goes and which site to send it to.

I should also add that I have the login credentials for the web 2 accounts so I do not need to create any more accounts, but just need a way to submit articles to all 50 web 2.0 sites from my own IP address.
