Web 2.0 site, indexed, next day gone?

Ive set up an additional 6 web 2.0 sites ready to make a link wheel. Two of the sites got indexed after social bookmarking them. when I checked site:keyword.web20.com the site showed in teh serp.

Today I have checked back and the two that were indexed dont appear now.

Any ideas? Does this sound like theyve been sandboxed?

most likely... I wouldnt worry about it. Google bans are harder to get than most people think. Just build some more and in a little while, you should see you old sites come back

I hit a autoblog with 100k links in xrumer on a fresh domain before it was even indexed. It sandboxed for a bit and then ranked highly.

Honestly I think alot of the ban talk is scare tactics

gutted!

out of the six sites I created, the two that have disappeared are the only ones I have put links on. I was going to finish off the links today.

So that in mind, it does seem that Google has spotted something it didn't like.

What is the chance that this is a temporary thing and they will appear back in a week or so? Or is this defo a sign of sandboxed?
 
I have been slapped by the google momster a couple of times. Your most likely to get into trouble for duplicant content and comment spam simultanously.

ie. you reproduce your article several times across a number of web 2.0 sites, and follow it up with a xrumer/bdm/autopligg blast.

Fraid it does mate, fraid it does. It's happened to me while building linkwheels too. The soultion was to use unique content on each property. Just spin your article a few times and you'll be fine.
 
all the web 2.0 sites have unique content. All of them, not just the two that disappeared
 
oooooo, one has just come back. Its now showing. Weird.

I think the only thing I did different with the site thats still not showing is that I pinged it and submitted the RSS feed on teh same day I added the links to it. I wonder if that caused the problem
 
anyone think RSS submitting is necessary?
 
It was probably never indexed in the first place, just sandboxed. Happens to me all the time, search this forum for "sandbox" to read more.
 
it did show up when i did the site: search. pissed off its disappeared as Ive done nothing dodgy. unless the rss submit isn't liked
 
Google is full of shit for about a month, started about a year ago. You better go blackhat entirely and you get a better chance to make money, going by the rules doesnt pay with Google anymore.
 
That why I put 10 properties which 4 of them are spare. If one the properties were broken(de-indexed) then I will immediately change it to another one. Usually within the weeks the properties will show back again and I think it just some change it Google algorithm to determine which one is the most authority site among the properties.
 
You can get caught doing link schemes easily if the domain
got no age,
got no backlinks,
got no pr,
got none of the factors for authority.
