Web 2.0 Setups?

which of the below ways do you think is best web 2.0 setups?

- regular linkwheels interlinking each other
- no interlinking at all, just point at money site
- some interlinking (random)
- link pyramids
- or anything special you yourself use (feel free to share it)

I don't have a 'name' for this link scheme.

I use open linkwheel, the last site doesn't link to the first site.
Then support those properties with profile links.
The profile links are also interlinked, aka linkwheeled.
The profiles are interlinked randomly but ensure it will not link to itself, and no reciprocal between them.
Need proper planning to make it happen.
Then create RSS for all links created, then submit it to RSS site for proper indexing.
Lots of works I should say.
To make 12 properties linkwheel and around 800 proper "profile-wheel" (lol) will need around 1 week.

Most of the times (because I'm quite lazy) I just use profile-wheel, but the profiles contain relevant contents (or should I say articles?). So yes, it's similar to common linkwheel, I just use site profile instead of web 2.0, and the link scheme is waaaayyyy more random.

I agree. The last link shouldn't be linked to the first part of the wheel.

well, originally I had my web 2.0's in the regular linkwheel format, but changed it to no interlinking because people recommeneded it, to avoid footprint. if i just not let the last web2.0 link to the first one, then the linkwheel is safe?

It's still safe and still works. Google might eventually start giving less authority to them but pulling the last link will help with the longevity of it because you are no longer connecting the last account to the first and thus don't technically have a link wheel.
