So, I have seen this on numerous websites and now my competitor is using the same thing. There are these unknown Web 2.0 from various countries that my competitor is using for links and posts. I am not sure what service he is using because these Web 2.0 are well-established and already indexed. Is there any service that provides extensive Web 2.0 posts or links? not on the mostly commonly used ones.

Use classified sites, it’s free and you can do it manually every month and it’s cost effective.
What are classified sites? I have been following some good sites on ahrefs, and then signing up and putting content on them and waiting for it to be indexed, but that wastes a lot of my time and waiting for indexing as well. Also, if you use the same ip and email it is a bit risky in my opinion. Don't we have any reliable service that offers this?

Indexing will take some time 10 to 15 days or use indexing tools to do it soon

There really are number of web2.0 platforms out-there which you can use in link building purposes.
